Rôtissoire

I do not know what rôtisssoire is but it is delicious: well-textured, well-flavoured. it has a similar consistency to a sausage. the seasoning is pointed, sharp in a pleasant way.

I still have no idea what this is but it’s very good and is similar to meat I guess? not rly
