Hands down the best pasta dish I’ve had in my life

I am actually angry at this pasta because it has ruined all other pasta for me. I will never be able to eat other pasta again. I don’t think I even knew what pasta was meant to taste like this before this. Do I sound dramatic? I blame the pasta. If you are in Sedgefield, you need to try it. It’s a necessity.
