Punjabi Chole

The staff at the restaurant recommended this as one of their vegan/ghee free dishes. A little boring compared to other chana masala type dishes I’ve had. Would have been good in a samosa chaat. I wish there was a green chutney to go with it. #indianfood #chickpeas #vegandinner
