Where do I even start? a) Review 2200!! b) best brunch ever? This platter was 16.90€ (April 2024) and included many of their regular dishes, just smaller. Perfect for a very filling #brunch - and yes, I devoured it all by myself. It’s marked with a 🧠 on their menu, meaning: mind blowing - prefect to convince any vegan sceptic. Let’s dive into it. Mini Avocado Slice 🥑: toasted four-grain bread with fresh #avocado cream, #bruschetta spice mix, #arugula, roasted #pinenuts, balsamic vinegar, garnished with garlic cress and vegan #parmesan. So good! Mini Smashed Veta Toast 🧀: Toasted white bread with fresh apple-pear #compote, Lollo Bionda and #Veta-cheese, fresh pear-apple pieces, garnished with fresh red onion rings, pomegranate seeds, almond slivers and basil pesto. Need I say more? Divine Mini Vegan Scrambled Eggs 🍳: A very well seasoned #scrambledtofu with fresh chives. Great texture and taste #tofu Patatas Bravas & Sriracha Mayo 🥔: Those are a Spanish tapas dish consisting of crispy fried #potatoes. The potatoes were cubed and seasoned with paprika being fried until golden and crispy. The mayo adds a tangy and spicy kick #patatasbravas Small Fruit Salad 🍉: Due to the season, this included apple 🍎, pear 🍐 and a lone raspberry #fruitlover #berrylover Mini White Velvet Blueberry Pancakes 🥞: The star of the plate #droolworthy #sweettooth Fluffy #pancakes served with vegan white #chocolate cream and #blueberries 🫐 garnished with white chocolate chips and agave syrup. The cream was so fluffy, same can be said for the pancakes. A true #breakfastofchampions

The „Probierplatte“ offers you a variety of vegan „mini“ dishes. Included were an avocado slice, a smashed veta toast, vegan scrambled eggs, patatas bravas with sriracha mayo, a small fruitsalad, and 4 white velvet blueberry pancakes with cream. The bread was a bit dry, otherwise very tasty and the amount was definitely sufficient. This dish was 13,90€. I like that this restaurant strictly offers vegan food options.
