Prawn Rolls(mock)

The inner fillings are bits of mock prawns, carrots and mixture of vegetables. A little oily to my liking, and not something I would eat everyday although it’s crispy and quite tasty. Serve with sweet chili and vegan mayo that elevates the taste. #fingerfood #fritters
