‘Prawn’ Dumplings

Green Sprouts offer yum cha on weekends and it’s a delightful experience. They’re closing soon and they will be sorely missed.

These were very much on the milder side and pale in comparison to the hard-hitting flavours of the other dishes. Maybe eat this one as your first dish, and not after the fried BBQ pork buns like I did because it will taste like nothing following a flavourful dish.
