Potato Rosti

A hearty #carbivore #breakfastofchampions; that slab of #potato is much larger than it looks (plate is enormous and I zoomed too far in so we have lost all contextual reference 😅) I would've preferred it had the #tempeh actually tried to replicate the texture and taste of #bacon, I'm big on realistic substitutions. But otherwise I enjoyed the #rosti with a generous amount of boiled #spinach and a delicious #cashewcream spread 😋

didn’t look like a lot of food at first, but wow the potato was filling! the tempeh bacon & creamy cashew cream was pretty good too

This potato was crispy but not too oily, with a piece of spicy tempeh bacon on top. Some chopped greens with a cashew cream sauce on the side. This restaurant has a super cool vibe and even though they serve meat, they have lots of vegan options.
