Lots of vegetarian options on the menu, but when I asked for vegan (maybe pasta
with mushrooms) the kitchen understood the assignment, and made a full on veggie pasta that included Celery root, broccoli, zucchini- all covered in one of the best tomato basil sauces I've tasted.
