Pomelo salad

My favourite salad at this restaurant. Refreshing and flavourful. So wonderful so enjoy Pomelo this way. The best Pomelo salad I have had in Ho Chi Minh City. #jaan

A regular to Hum whenever I am in the city and restaurant never disappoints. You get fantastic pomelos in Vietnam and the way they presented the dish was amazing. Onion shallots and few almond flakes added to the taste. Very refreshing.
