Plum Classic Reuben

What an AMAZING sandwich. With tofu strami, vegan cheese, pickled cabbage, thousand island on rye bread, this is one of the best vegan sandwiches I’ve ever had. The side salad is mixed greens with a housemade lemon herb vinaigrette. Divine!
