Plant Based Mutton Soup Rice Bowl

The soup is fragrant and thick with lots of spice. Very yummy but unfortunately they give very little for a $6 bowl.

I think I caught a bug at the music festival over the weekend 😑 I don’t know if it’s the age or the two years indoors but I’ve never caught so many bugs in one year before! I could do for this particular #soup though, it’s a warm and peppery scorn my throat oh so longs for 🤤 Call me insane (please do I need validation 🥺) but I think things #spicy and full of #pepper actually do my throat a greater favour more than any of the usual tricks. It’s kind of like how whiskey, even if it’s supposedly bad for you, makes you feel better when you’re unwell 🤷‍♀️ I actually really like this dish though! I’ve always been a fan of #mutton soup sans the mutton cause just like pumpkin spice it’s the spice mix they use that just slaps so hard! Having it without the taste of murder is even better though 😋 Ah you know me, the only murder I like in my #vegansoup is that of disease 👮‍♂️ It’s still a lil too oily for taste, which I guess is the opposite of a good meal for a sore throat, but I suppose is what makes it such an appropriate stand-in for what #muttonsoup typically is like. My only jab at this dish is that for S$6.90, you really don’t get much #fakemeat. I remember counting 3 minute pieces of #mockmutton, tops! 🤧
