Mortadella e pistacchio vegan

I truly enjoyed this pizza with vegan mortadella, me and my friend were both stuffed after finishing our meal but extremely happy! 🍕 Mozzarisella is quite bland in flavour but is paired well with the mortadella. Maybe a little bit too salty as I was thirsty all day after eating this pizza.

Strepitosa, ben condita e per nulla pesante, impasto saporito e fragrante! Purtroppo era un po’ bruciata sulla base e sul bordo.

Buona! Dall’impasto alla mortadella, una buona pizza. Non leggerà perché mi ha accompagnato l’intero pomeriggio 😂 però buona. Cara come ormai tutto a Milano (15€)

Pizza tipo pistacchio e mortadella. Per me buona, molto pistacchiosa. Il sapore della “mortadella” non è molto forte. Ingredienti: CREMA DI PISTACCHIO DI BRONTE* DOP MOZZARELLA VEGANA MOZZARISELLA MORTADELLA VECFATHER OLIO BIO BASILICO 💸 15.00€

Era da tempo che aspettavo di provare questa pizza da quando sono venuta a sapere della sua conoscenza! È anche la prima volta che assaggio una mortadella vegana. Mi ritengo soddisfatta! La pizza era buona, condita con la solita mozzarisella, olio evo e basilico.
