Yummy, sweet pears and savory plant based gorgonzola cheese with the compliment of sweet onions.
The consistency of the cheese is incredibly like real gorgonzola. I got the gluten free crust which is always not as amazing as the sourdough. Crust was a tiny bit brittle lacking the chewy insides but had the crunchy outside of pizza crust.
It's so original too! It was like a dessert pizza. It worked!!! Brilliant creation.
