La pasta della pinsa è molto buona ma il condimento non mi ha soddisfatto a pieno. La salsa andava insaporita meglio e il seitan arrostito e il simil formaggio si sentono ben poco travolti dal sapore molto forte della salsa di pomodoro. Nel complesso il piatto è piacevole ma consiglio una migliore scelta degli ingredienti con cui condire una pur ottima pinsa.

Una buonissima sorpresa in un ristorante vegano. Pinza con kebab (seitan aromatizzato e tagliato finemente), una vera innovazione! Super squisita!

Non ho amato molto questa pinsa. L impasto è pazzesco, buonissimo. Ma l accostamento pinsa/seitan non mi piace. Anche il seitsn con i pomodorini non è il massimo per il mio gusto personale #veganisnotscary #pinsa #vegankebab #seitan

Ho provato kebab vegetali di qualità superiore, ma tutto sommato la pinsa ha un ottimo sapore e si mangia molto volentieri
