First time trying Harvest Beat in #seattle. This #finedining restaurant has a changing #tastingmenu based on #seasonal local produce. The menu changes every 4 weeks. It is about $130/person so on the expensive side but it is an experience in itself with the wine or elixir pairings. You eat all courses at the same time as everyone else in the restaurant.

Pink #oat #chai with #strawberry #chocolate rim. This warm, comforting drink was delicious. The warm milk slowly melts the chocolate as you drink it. The strawberry gives it a bit of texture and tartness.
