Pink Guava Boba Oat Mylk

Taste refreshing and not too sweet. The consistency is quite interesting because it is a bit thick. Nice drink to try out.

The staff kindly allowed me to use their reusable cup. #zerowaste. I find this a little bit grainy (perhaps from the oat milk which is homemade). Nevertheless, it has a sweet smell and fruity taste. #veganuary

I love pink guava and pink guava juice but to me this medley of said fruit and oat mylk tea did not feel like an ideal harmonious coupling. I liked tasting the guava part on its own before it gradually merged into the rest of the drink, at which point the fibrousness of the guava and the smoothness of the mylk struck my tongue as a strange juxtaposition. It wasn’t totally unpalatable and I applaud the boldness of experimenting with new flavours but I am unlikely to get this particular flavour again. #veganin2020
