
What a satisfying breakfast! And it’ll actually be my lunch too because I couldn’t eat the whole thing this morning. Just make sure to include the tempeh or, like I did, the jackfruit rather than the eggs. It’s the eggs that keep Harlow as merely a “vegan forward restaurant,” rather than a vegan restaurant. C’mon, Harlow, truly move forward and #GoVegan!
This consisted of quinoa, smoky tempeh, scrambled with roasted squash & potatoes, caramelized onions, greens & slow roasted tomatoes tossed in a walnut basil pesto, & topped with roasted walnuts This was great for dinner. It was flavorful, nourishing, and very satisfying. It could just as easily be called a bowl.
