So uh, I accidentally #veganized this dish 😂 I thought the pollo #pesto option on the menu had a vegan option so I ordered that, only to have the lady running the place I believe come out to ask me what I meant 🙈 Luckily she was very nice about it and offered to make a vegan version by substituting the pollo, which I today learned means chicken, for vegetables and cream for #coconutmilk 🥥 It actually came out really really good if I’m being honest! Super creamy, albeit the #coconut flavour did come through quite a bit! This really ought to be on the menu 😋 #pasta #accidentallyvegan #ditchdairy #veganuary
