And Matt and Cierra are still rolling up their sleeves EVERY DAY to make sure every burger, bowl, salad and sandwich is everything they imagined in those early days of dreaming up Next Level.

This was @paniwilson's sandwich and he loved it so much that he devoured it in just a few seconds. I got to try a couple bites and it was fantastic. This 100% vegan sandwich consisted of crispy chik'n, arrabbiata sauce, cheese sauce, blistered organic cherry tomatoes, organic basil, almond parmesan, and basil pesto spread on a brioche bun.
