This glorious #javanese #salad is best used as a #starter or sharing course. #longbean #turnip #cucumber #kangkong #tofu and the most deliciously marinated #tempeh in recent memory are all laid out in wheel formation, so that you can use the #lettuce leaves and the #peanutsauce (surprisingly sour and not all that nutty or spicy) in the way that I did in the third picture 😉 Go get it!
