Pear And Gorgonzola Salad

Our final sharing plate was this salad, although they didn’t have the vegan Gorgonzola:( so we had to sub it for the vegan feta. This salad was surprisingly my favourite of everything I tried! The creamy lemon dressing was so nice, and the lettuce was super crunchy. There were lots of big lemony walnuts in it which complimented the pear and cheese wonderfully. Although the vegan feta didn’t taste at all like feta, it was a lovely creamy texture and definitely spruced up the salad. 13.50 USD

Unfortunately they didn’t have any Gorgonzola so we swapped out for the “ feta” . The feta was not the best I’ve had - missing that brine flavor . Salad was good, lots of walnuts , and pear and dressing was creamy but not too heavy .
