Crazy spicy, almost couldn't handle it. But delicious and the texture was on point

5/5 on all accounts! One of the best vegan buffalo chicken I ever tried! Seriously I dreamt about it for days after eating it!

Absolutely delicious, the seitan chicken, had a tight crispy batter on the outside and was juicy on the inside, it was tossed in a buffalo sauce which was tasty but could use a bit more heat in my opinion. The fries were delicious and the salad was ok. I recommend this dish to anyone visiting Cafe Frida.

Cafe Frida is such a great find in the small town of Trois-Rivières. Fully vegan restaurant, chill vibe with nice music and lots of plants. Creative and tasty dishes like this faux buffalo chikn, so good!
