This consisted of seasoned chik'en grilled with onions, tomatoes, shredded lettuce, vegan mayo, and potato sticks in between pressed Cuban bread. Served with sweet tostones and garlic mojito sauce. The taste and texture of the plant-based chicken realistically mimicked the bird-derived version and was very satisfying. Also, the pressed Cuban bread made this sandwich uniquely special. The sweet tostones that came with this reminded me of the ones I've enjoyed from local Jamaican restaurants.
