Pad See Ew

This dish is stir fried flat noodles with kale, tomatoes, and hot sauce on the side. I’ve had better versions of this dish elsewhere but this wasn’t bad. They serve it in the strangest plate possible which makes it hard to scoop out the long noodles without making a huge mess.
