Paccheri con Crema di Carciofi, Salsiccia e Pictacchi

Very beautiful flavoured pasta dish, loved the creamy artichoke sauce plus the toasted pistachio nuts. Paccheri is one of my favourite pasta shapes too, so this really was a winner :) I only wish there was more of it, it was hard not to finish it in 2 minutes! #pasta #veganpasta #veganitalian #italian #veganrestaurant
