Oyster Mushroom Raclette

Base di patate con un impasto di tofu e spinaci sopra a formare delle "raclette" rivisitate, accompagnate da formaggio fuso e funghi. Buono ed originale, perfetti accompagnamenti, da riprendere.

🍄 🥔 🌱 This is absolutely delicious. I’ll order this again next time I go. Gorgeous creamy sauce, the mushrooms were so tasty and the potato was incredible. I really recommend this dish.
