Tasty vegan #buns filled with #omnipork and veggies. Also with a delicious homemade #soysauce . The bun itself was nice and soft. These were made for Thanksgiving preorder and all I had to do was store them in the freezer and then steam when ready to eat!

These buns were soooo delicious! I always love the food at the #Buddhist Temple! Today, they had their small moon market festival they have each year in honor of the Mid Autumn festival or "moon festival."" They invited the #vegan community to come celebrate their tradition, with vegan vendors, lanterns, and of course moon cakes! Also, the money raised went to the Columbus House Rabbit Society. These buns had #omnipork, which is a vegan plant-based meat substitute that is Buddhist friendly! They're also filled with shiitake mushrooms, organic carrots, and jicima.
