纯素#duck? 🤔 If it talks like a duck and walks like a duck, then sure. But this lump of #fakemeat tasted like... #beef? 🤔 Or generic #soymeat? It wasn't unpleasant or anything, far from it. I even enjoyed how it combined with the #redcabbage and the #plumsauce and the (admittedly lacklustre) #breaddumplings. Pretty decent overall! This place has a very nice story. They employ people who need a second chance at life, and in general operate with a civic consciousness that is so heartening to support 🙂 This naturally extends to a 100% vegan menu. I was familiar with them from my trip to Prague last year already, and although I knew the food wasn't going to be amazing I was still glad to come and support them 💪
Purtroppo questo piatto non mi ha convinta. Quello che dovrebbe essere simil-petto di anatra è un panino ai semi tagliato a metà 😶 il modo in cui hanno cercato di riprodurre l'effetto della pelle a onor del vero è interessante, sopra la crosta del pane c'è un sottile strato glassato molto saporito (e iper salato 🫣) e vagamente croccante, però ecco, non è sicuramente quello che mi sarei aspettata. Il contorno è il tipico gnocco di pane, quindi un pò ripetitivo. La salsa comunque ha sollevato il piatto perché era molto buona, così come il cavolo viola. 🗓 marzo '25 - CHZ 260 (circa 10,50 euro)
