Nachos

These nachos were okay. The toppings were yummy, but it was a smaller portion for the price. The chips weren't very good either. I would definitely try this cart again, but I wouldn't get this item again. #portlandveganeats #portland #nachos

This consisted of vegan pepper jack, ingenious signature seasoned cauliflower taco “meat”, black beans, jalapeños, avocado crema, pico de Gallo, and lovely edible flowers on a bed of tortilla chips. Decadently delicious and hearty, but not heavy. #saveveganrestaurants

What's great about these nachos: the chips (good chips make a world of difference), the toppings, the avocado crema. What could be better: a little more cheesiness or even the avocado crema, as it felt a bit dry.
