Nachos

I ordered a takeaway from the Auld Hoose, vegan nachos. I didn’t realise I would have to assemble them myself as I paid £16 for them wow! So I wasn’t to impressed. But they tasted ok. I added my own salsa.

The best vegan nachos I’ve ever had!! SOOOooo much food on one plate. If you’re craving lots and lots of food then I defo recommend this dish at the Auld Hoose! #willows

As you can see, the plate of nachos offered is huge! Which is both a good and a bad thing. It’s good because you can eat for ages and will always be completely full of delicious, cheesy, guacamoley nachos. But bad because it’s almost impossible to finish it! My eyes are not often too big for my belly but in this case they were. I wish I could have finished them but it’s best to not overstuff. The guacamole is so so good and the portion is very generous. The cheese used isn’t gummy or bad tasting but it doesn’t melt particularly well. The chilli is lovely. The chips are just basic nacho tortillas so nothing to report back on there. So lovely, but go with an empty stomach!
