
These mushrooms were very good! In the menu are vegetarian, but it is possible to get them as vegan version. They cook them with vegan butter and put vegan feta cheese little cubes instead of goat cheese. They were so "buttery" that I had to ask the waiter if they were vegan for real 😅 he ensured me they were and that the chef used another pan to pan-fry them.
I tried the 5 course meal and it was amazing! Each course was so big that I couldn't finish - taco - cigar, very beefy, it was my favorite - cauliflower and romanesque cabbage in pine nuts sauce, sauce was good but overall not balanced - mushrooms, simple but very well done - piri-piri ribs with Coleslaw and aioli, it's spiced oumpth - berry cheesecake and ice-cream, the cheesecake texture is incredible
