Mushroom Stroganoff Suet Pud

It was a rainy day 🌧️ so I decided to have this comforting dish. The suet pastry was thick with lovely cooked mushrooms 🍄 inside. The crushed potatoes were lovely and garlicky. The beetroot was nicely pickled but a bit too large for me and I struggled to finish it.
