Mushroom risotto

"Risotto do Bosque" on the menu, this risotto was pure poetry. Mushrooms, chestnuts and lemon-thyme, super creamy and tasty, sadly the lights were low and the photos don't pay justice to this wonder of cooking. This was unbelievably delicious. My dining companion ordered this and I was so jealous. It was rich and creamy and so flavorful, presented beautifully as well. Definitely try this. I don’t even care for mushrooms but still loved it.
