Springy yellow noodles with a good bite, tossed in sauce alongside a delicious mix of minced tofu and shiitake mushrooms in lieu of minced meat. 🍜🍄🟫 Topped with fried mushroom 'ikan bilis' and crunchy kailan. 🥬 Came with an absurdly robust and flavourful 'bak chor mee soup' too that somehow had a 'pork' aroma although no meat was used.
