Mushroom Ceviche

This is tiny, but so worth it 🥺🥺 My tastebud went to another dimension. It’s fresh, but flavorful. The texture of oyster mushroom is really something else. I forgot I was eating mushroom for a sec 😂 $14 but I would definitely order this again.
