A superbly balanced pizza, earthiness from the mushrooms with a freshness from the radicchio and cheese, then sweetness from the vinaigrette all combined with a well seasoned dough. Nice stuff from Gigi’s and I would definitely go back to try the rest of their impressive vegan menu! ($23 AUD)
