I absolutely loved these mozzarella sticks! They’re gluten and soy free with a cashew cheese. They’re so yummy and crunchy and they go perfect with the marinara sauce.

Omg yummy 🤤 we try vegan mozzarella sticks any time we see it on a menu and these did not disappoint! They are cashew nut based, and prob not the best mozz sticks I've had, but love that they are allergen-friendly (gluten-free and soy-free). Definitely not lacking in flavor! I’m always really impressed when vegan restaurants tackle a dish that is basically all dairy. This vegan mozzarella was creamy and salty, and though it wasn’t stretchy and chewy like real mozzarella, I didn’t mind. I preferred it soft like this. You won’t believe it’s cruelty-free. They are fried to perfection, and the texture of the house-made cheese is just right. Pair it with as much marinara sauce as you’d like.
