Monte Cristo

Wow! This is a beautiful combination of savoury and sweet. Vegan 'ham', Swiss 'cheese', and Just Egg sandwiched between two pieces of french toast with a side of maple syrup for dipping. It may not be the prettiest sandwich, but the taste makes up for it completely. Very rich and filling.
