Mongolian and Black Pepper Seitan

I am not a fan of seitan steak products, still haven’t found one I enjoy #greyton

Seitan with broccoli and brown rice. What a delicious treat this was to eat. Not the biggest fan of Seitan usually but this dish just redeemed Seitan in my eyes.
