This sushi spot in Bolton ON was the best sushi I’ve had in a long time without using imitation meats etc. (shoutout tenon sushi in Toronto)
The yam and onion roll was so good, the onion is fried in tempura and topped with teriyaki sauce. 🤤
We checked with the kitchen if the tempura was vegan and they assured us it was safe to eat. Servers were also very helpful with recommending vegan options.
