Mexican Street Tacos

This is a very flavorful and fulfilling dish. The mock chicken is made with TVP (textured vegetable protein). Big chunks of onion, avocado and cilantro. I couldn’t really distinguish between the vegan cheese and sauce, but it was really good.  #streettacos #foodtruck #chicken #tacos #veganoahu

An excellent meal. A little spicy, very good. HIGHLY recommend.

The street tacos had tofu, vegan cheese, onions, and avocado sauce. The tofu was made to mimic chicken. I liked how the cheese was melted on it and overall it was pretty good.
