Not as oily/heavy as some places can make this sort of thing; #aubergine is so good for greasing up so who can blame them 😅 The fiery part of this came from the #redonion and the #redpeppers, while the #garlic inflected the flavour in the most delightful of ways 😋 This was something that I appreciated more because I had the flatbread; not sure what I would've thought of it had I had to have it on its own 😐
