Meatballs with Vegan Parmesan

TGV makes their meatballs and cheese from scratch. These are sprinkled with vegan parmesan. They are so tasty with their fantastic homemade marinara. Great on a sandwich, with pasta or by themselves with a salad for lunch or dinner. They freeze well for a meal that reheats easily. Yum!
