Margherita vegana

Una margherita con aggiunta (su nostra richiesta) di pomodorini e friarielli. Impasto tipo napoletano, morbido e leggero. Porzione abbondante e gusto all'altezza. Peccato avessero finito il tofu.

I was a bit scared because I read on the menu that tofu is used as mozzarella and I thought they would just put some slices on the pizza. I was wrong! The tofu was soft and tasty and the pizza was incredible with fresh products.. I loved it!
