Marble cake with Chocolate Ganache

Had this huge slice of marble cake from Cloud Cake and I was quite happy with it. The cake has a nice chocolate flagrance as well as an enjoyable texture (not too moist nor too dry). It is topped with dark chocolate and a few nuts, which in my opinion really makes the difference 🍫 The serving is big, which might explain why it is priced 4.50€. PS: it is a great cake, but doesn’t taste quite as good as VG Pâtisserie’s marble cake which I have a special thing for 🤫
