Just tried Lexi’s vegan carrot cake !! Wow !! I’ve never had vegan carrot cake
and it’s just as good as the carrot cakes I’ve had in the past ! They give you a huge portion (I could only finish half) so its definitely value for money !! Very sweet though (I’m not too much of a sweet tooth) but half the slice is perfect for me !!
This is the best vegan carrot cake I’ve ever tasted. The icing actually tastes like
cream cheese icing. Made a wonderful breakfast 😂 only downfall is the price, R75 a slice.
