Lemon Herb Tofu Sandwich

Getting to make the rounds in Bloomington here and @rosieb33 had a good eye and spotted this vegan tofu sandwich at Lennie's. It is in a good spot in town on the bustling Kirkwood Avenue, close to the picturesque Sample Gates of Indiana University. The bread and tofu were both tasty. Very nicely seasoned. Great job! 🥪

This sandwhich was very fresh and flavorful. The #ciabatta bread was toasty and soft. The #redpepper vinaigrette added so much vibrant, tangy flavor. I would definitely repurchase! #tofusandwich
