Lemon and raspberry cake

My friends surprised me with an early birthday cake yesterday 🥹🫶 This vegan lemon and raspberry cake from Lola’s cupcakes 🧁 is to DIE for! It tastes so good - the perfect amount of sweetness and the cream actually tastes good (i typically don’t enjoy cream on cakes but this one was 🤌🤌). Well, this was a “cream cheese” alternative icing which I don’t like but many do. Otherwise great! Fresh raspberries, nice jam abs nice cake
