Next up, a pistachio and cherry tart, that knocked my socks off!! This one might have been my favourite, as the flavour combinations were out of this world!! Hidden inside is some chocolate as well!

1/2 of my birthday cakes this year!!! Buttery pâte sablé topped with a layer of cherry compote, cherry chocolate cake, and pistachio cream! Divine!
