Korean Tacos

Spicy, feisty and so filling. The purple rice was an added bonus. Yum! #mercyforanimals

I liked the house made kimchi and thought it paired very well with the avocado to give a cool and creamy but also spicy kick to these tacos. The seitan chicken had the perfect texture. Highly recommend!
